One DIY Kit, Two Seasons: Reversible Fall & Christmas Decor
Share
You know I love a good project that can do double duty, and this one might be one of my favorites for exactly that reason!
The Shine & Pine Kit gives you two completely different seasonal looks in ONE project. One side is ready for all the cozy Fall vibes, and then when you’re ready to make the switch to Christmas, just flip it around!
And let's be honest, anything that means one less piece of seasonal decor I have to find a place to store gets bonus points from me.
From Fall to Christmas With One Flip
For the Fall side, I went with a warm, seasonal look that can carry you right through those weeks between summer and Christmas decorating.

Then we flip it over and completely change the look for Christmas!

I love that these two sides feel completely different, even though they’re part of the exact same project. That's one of my favorite things about creating your own home decor. You can take the same basic pieces and make them work for your home, your style and the seasons you love.
Want to See How I Made It?
If you’d rather watch than read, you can follow along with me as I put the Shine & Pine project together. I separated the process into two videos...one for each side.
And remember, you don't have to make yours exactly like mine! Change up your colors, choose different finishes or add your own little touches. That's the fun part.
Want to Make Your Own?
I put the Shine & Pine Kit together so you can skip the hunt for all the individual pieces and get right to the fun part...creating!
As of the date of this posting, I still have some of these kits remaining, and once they're gone, they're gone.
Whether you make yours just like mine or give it your own spin, I would LOVE to see what you create. Be sure to share your finished project with me over on the My Home Matters Facebook page under one of our Maker's Monday posts!
And if you've been following along lately, you may have noticed I've also been having LOTS of fun with some new Essential Stencil projects. I've got several of those to share with you too, so stay tuned!
